Karen is a resident of Hart County, and as a retired Licensed Realtor sold properties throughout beautiful North Georgia for years. Loving the lake and small town life, and after 47 years of her and her husband Chuck relocating throughout the US they, along with their two pups, settled near family in Northeast GA  several years ago. Having worked in the customer service industry for most of her lifetime, Karen has always believed that one should not just settle for "customer satisfaction," but rather always strive to "exceed customer expectations", believing that is what sets a good business apart.
