Jennifer Moody is the Founder and Manager of Absolute Home Loan Services, LLC. Making a difference in others lives is what the business is all about for her. Jennifer has been in the mortgage industry since 2001, and founded Absolute Home Loan Services in 2006.  Whether it's with family, amongst friends, or for the clients we are blessed to serve, Jennifer is known to be an ethical problem solver, who strives for only exemplary customer service. She has slowly built and trained a team that works together to solve all types of issues that may come up during the loan process. Absolute Home Loan Services will never hand you off to another company to fix credit or any other problem you may have in getting qualified for a home loan. If we cannot immediately qualify you when you call, we will advise on what you need to do. If willing, we will work with you until we are able to qualify you. Jennifer has made sure all loan officers in the company know the best available programs to suit your individual needs, and has also made sure the lowest rates in the industry are available to her team. She will accept nothing less than perfect customer service and communication from her team, and stays actively involved with the day to day operation to ensure this is happening.  Her entire team has an extensive knowledge on available loan programs, including FHA, VA, USDA, and all Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Products, and Jennifer continually monitors the industry for updated or new loan programs.

When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with family, including her son, daughter in law, and granddaughter, as well as traveling.
